Genesis
At the young age of 15, Arindam began his career as a choreographer and performer.
His team showcased their talent across India, London, Toronto, China (18 districts), Thailand (all major cities), Kathmandu, Bangladesh, and Malaysia. This marked the foundation of a creative journey that would later transform into one of India’s leading event design and management companies.
Growth
As CEO of a collaboration with Padatik, Kolkata’s leading dance education institution, Arindam set up 150 centres of training and recruitment across India, Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia, and Bangladesh — creating a strong network of talent and leadership in the entertainment industry.
Knowledge
Directed and produced bi-annual mega shows in each city with over 3000 performers per event, handling complete conceptualization, designing, production, marketing, and management.
During this period, Arindam also set up and managed the Wedding Entertainment Division of Padatik, specializing in décor designing, entertainment design, and large-scale production.
Ascension
After dissolving the partnership with Padatik, Arindam continued his journey independently, setting up offices in Delhi and Kolkata, later expanding to Goa and Thailand.
This phase marked the birth of Arindam Dream Designs (ADD) as a brand — focused on creating unique, destination-driven event experiences.
Expansion
Arindam Dream Designs grew into a pan-India event powerhouse, with branches and venue management in multiple states.
With a vision for the future, ADD expanded internationally to Thailand, Australia, Malaysia, Turkey, and Dubai — establishing itself as a global name in destination weddings and luxury events.

Visionary
The driving force behind Arindam Dream Designs. He shapes the creative direction, design language, and brand evolution — quite literally, the Arindam behind Arindam Dream Designs.
Arindam began his career at just 15 as a choreographer and performer, leading Zodiac Entertainment across global stages including London, Toronto, China, and more. In 2008, he collaborated with Padatik Dance World to launch its first-ever repertory wing, Dance World Zodiac.
As COO from 2008–2012, he directed large-scale bi-annual shows in Kolkata and Delhi, each featuring 3000+ performers. He also launched Padatik’s Wedding Entertainment Division, introducing décor design, production, and planning services.
In 2012, he founded Arindam Dream Designs, which now operates out of Delhi, Kolkata, Thailand, Goa, and Jaipur. Since 2018, the brand has also ventured into venue management across India and abroad, with plans to expand into Australia, the UK, Indonesia, Greece, and Turkey.
